Karen is our hard-working Operations Manager and Amanda’s right-hand WOMAN.
She has been with us since 2015 and, in that time, has dedicated herself to learning all about energy efficiency as she creates plans and proposals for customers’ high efficiency strategies. She manages our office while also doing sales and upholding our mission of providing superior customer service. Customers praise her on how helpful she is and how she makes their experience with us so smooth and painless. When she isn’t working, she is building beds for Sleep in Heavenly Peace or cooking for Open Table in Maynard. She is a Concord Rotarian and a devoted mother.
